Security
The Document House, provides security guards, 24/7. Authorised staff will only have access to the records management areas by means of
proximity cards and a personal ID pin number, enabling management to identify who has entered our facility.
Bar Coding
Every record carton is barcoded. A barcode can be tailored to meet the specification of the customers personal indexing system.
Retrievals
When requested (by phone, fax or email), The Document House, will locate the requested record carton(s) and deliver it to the customer within a set time.
Hours of Service
For a regular request for the retieval of a record carton The Document House, will deliver within 12 hours from receiving the order.
For an express service, The Document House, will deliver within four hours.
Costs and Scope of Service
The Document House, consultant will gather relevant information from you, assess all relevant details and then prepare a tailor made proposal for you.
